Sonya Craft is the Founder and Executive Director of Let’s Love Better, a nonprofit committed to restoring dignity and hope to individuals experiencing homelessness through practical support and compassionate outreach. She is also the founder of Sonya Craft Ministries, where she teaches identity, purpose, and spiritual alignment, and the visionary behind Stay Curvy Nation, a movement promoting self-love and confidence. Sonya is a passionate community advocate who believes every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and the chance to rediscover their purpose. Her mission is to help people heal, rise, and become a source of hope in their communities.

Jeffery Craft

Chief Operating Officer

Jeffery Craft serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Sonya Craft Ministries, helping guide the operational vision and structure that supports the ministry’s mission. As Sonya’s husband and trusted ministry partner, he provides steady leadership, wisdom, and practical oversight to ensure that the work of the ministry moves forward with excellence. Together, they are committed to equipping believers to walk in their God-given identity, authority, and purpose.

Michelle Frazier

Executive Assistant

Michelle serves as the Executive Assistant for Sonya Craft Ministries and Let’s Love Better, providing essential administrative and organizational support that helps keep the organization running smoothly. She works closely with leadership to coordinate schedules, manage communications, and ensure that programs and initiatives operate efficiently. Michelle is passionate about supporting meaningful work that positively impacts the community. Her dedication and attention to detail help advance the mission of serving others with excellence.

DaVanna Opara

Social Media Manager

DaVanna is the Social Media Coordinator for Let’s Love Better, helping share the organization’s mission and impact through engaging digital content and storytelling. She manages social media platforms, highlights community outreach efforts, and helps raise awareness about the organization’s work. DaVanna is passionate about using digital platforms to inspire, inform, and connect people to meaningful causes. Her creativity helps expand the reach of the organization’s message of hope and compassion.

Adaeze Opara

Marketing Director

Adaeza serves as the Marketing Director for Sonya Craft’s Ministries and Let’s Love Better, leading strategic efforts to promote the organization’s mission and community initiatives. She oversees branding, marketing campaigns, and outreach strategies that increase awareness and engagement. Adaeza is passionate about using marketing as a tool to mobilize support and amplify impact. Her leadership helps ensure that the organization’s message reaches the communities and partners needed to drive lasting change.

Through Stay Curvy Nation, girls are given a safe space to build confidence, celebrate who they are, develop self-worth, and connect with mentors who guide them forward.

Through A Crafted Diamond Productions, at-risk youth are given opportunities to express themselves through the arts—on stage and behind the scenes—discovering purpose and creative confidence.

A transformational gathering centered on modesty, self-worth, and biblical identity—equipping women and young ladies to understand that when you know who you are in Christ, it shapes your character, your confidence, and how you carry yourself before the world.
